BUILD YOUR DREAM KITCHEN

Grace & Harmony creates exceptional kitchens in handleless,  modern and classic styles.

Grace & Harmony creates individual designer kitchens to specifically suit the needs of each client. The main visual style themes are often grouped into either contemporary handleless or modern styles, or traditional shaker or classic styles, to suit your tastes, your lifestyle and your home.

It is also important to blend layout and function with visual appeal to get a room that you really do love to spend time in and that works for you. This is a great time for you to think creatively and have fun!

HANDLELESS

The true handleless design is easy on the eye, clean and stress-free. The sleek flat doors flow smoothly from one to the other, leaving other areas and items of the room to take more of a centre stage if you like. Tall banks of units may be a backdrop to a stunning island feature. Unfussy and uncluttered, these kitchens quietly blend into the home, and with the right touches, adds contemporary class and sophistication. A thin sintered stone or quartz worktop, with feature island lighting and high tech appliances, and a worktop upstand as a worktop-meets-wall finish, may be a few of the additions.

MODERN

Modern kitchens cover a wide variety of door styles and handles. There is an option to suit all homes, lifestyles and budgets, and you can get a real individual look of your own. The trendy coloured doors may have a subtle profile or feature, and can be coupled with a handle of choice. Popular choices of modern door features the integrated J-pull handle or subtle small handle, for a look similar to the true handleless. Modern laminate worktops come with a huge range of colours and several finishes, but you are not restricted to laminates and can opt for something more luxurious like wood, quartz, granite or sintered stone. Full height splashback of glass, worktop material or tile, or an upstand might be your choice.

TRADITIONAL

It’s simple styling, the traditional 5 piece shaker is still popular. (5 pieces are from the 2 vertical rails, 2 horizontal rails, and 1 centre panel). You may like the look that could have a Belfast sink, granite or real Oak worktop, possibly with painted doors with cup handles on the drawers, and metro style wall tile. You may prefer a more up to date look with an undermount sink and alternative handle.

A classic door style often has the raised centre panel, with a more intricate cornice & pelmet, for an opulent room appearance. Often these are paired with granite worktops, but also may have a more modern quartz. Perhaps a full height splashback in glass or worktop material instead of tiling. Just because they are referred to as classic doesn’t mean you are restricted to staying totally old school. You might opt for a ‘modern range’ oven setup, with a couple of low level ovens under the worktop oven side by side plus a 5+ burner hob above them, or the oven & microwave tall housing stack.
